What tokens buy

Official positioning: images, video, and voice sit on the token meter. Paid chat text does not. That is why “unlimited” on Candy means text, not media.

If you cancel

Zendesk: tokens after cancel (updated 25 August 2026):

Cancel does **not** delete remaining tokens
The balance is hidden on Free and returns if you resubscribe
Chats, images, characters, and history stay while the account is active
Only **deleting** the account removes content

Cancel path: Settings → Unsubscribe. Access runs to the end of the paid period.

If you want a refund

Candy publishes a Zendesk article titled “Does Canceling My Subscription Automatically Give Me a Refund?” under Subscriptions and Plans. Cancel ≠ refund. Confirm the live article; HosaAI does not invent a 24-hour window or token cap from a blocked fetch.

No iPhone or Android app

Official help: Candy has **no native iOS or Android app**. Use the browser or add to home screen. See web apps with no App Store listing. Store listings named “Candy AI” that are not EverAI are not this product.

Do I lose Candy AI tokens if I cancel?

Official Zendesk (updated 25 August 2026) says canceling does not delete remaining tokens. The balance stays on the account, is hidden while you are on Free, and can be used again if you resubscribe. Content stays unless you delete the account.

Does canceling Candy AI give me a refund?
