Voice vs calls
Official docs: **voice messages** play a reply as audio. **Voice calls** are live spoken conversations. Voice messages come with paid plans; Ultimate adds voice chat. That is not Kindroid-style store-app calling.
Cancel and delete

- Refunds: terms say fees are generally non-refundable, case by case (nectar.ai/tos)
